PVC construction foam board extrusion line is used to produce PVC crust foam board for construction.
It could produce the board from 915mm-2400mm width.The thickness could be 0.8mm-25mm.
Pls note: the materials is all recycling PVC !!!
PVC construction boards that is PVC laminated board,a kind of sandwich board.The core is PVC foam board;both surfaces are finished with PVC sheet.The surfaces also can be finished with HPL.
After that finishing progressing,the physical properties of foam board are enhanced.This kind of board is perfect for decoration and widely used for construction,door,cabinet,table top and interlayer.
There is no-toxic,fire prevention,anti-corrosion!
The price of construction board:
For nomal solid core plastic construction board,it is near 50 USD for one board(1220mmX2440mmX12mm)
If the foam construction,with 0.7density and same strengh,the price is only 29 USD.
Of couse,this board could be recycled after construction finished.
For another construction board,it is wood board,it could not be recycled,and it is environental damaged.
