HDPE single wall corrugated pipe extruder / extrusion machine is used to produce small diameter single wall corrugated hose.

  Our extrusion machine for plastic single wall corrugated pipe is designed sicentifically,could produce PP/PVC/PE/PA single wall corrugated pipe,same machine,just different materials.

 

HDPE single wall corrugated pipe extrusion machine(12mm-25mm)condition:

 

   1. Total installed power: 46KVA, 380 V three phases+N+G, 60HZ

      Load factor: 55%-80%

   2. Cooling circulars water: 1m3/h  

   3. Compress air: 0. 3m3/min

   4. Workhouse: 6000×1200×2000mm(length, width and high of line)
